First to last they were responsive, professional and most understanding of the stress that roof repairs can create. Delta sent three different technicians to determine what specific repairs were required for some tricky leaks. They tarped over two areas when we needed to leave on a short trip. The repairs required replacement of a vent cover, a flat roof portion, re-shingling and the repair of several flashing failures and other leak causing issues. Upon our return all of the work was completed quickly and expertly during a two day period that included timely communication and most talented workmen. Cleanup was perfect. Detailed pictures were provided throughout the process which showcased the repairs, which was most reassuring and satisfying. Delta provides a warranty for their work should any of the repaired areas cause problems in the future. The combined expertise and professional care exhibited by Delta Roofing was exceptional.
